Today Dad and I went over to Lough Derg to visit St. Patrick's Purgatory there.
Each Ash Wednesday they have a Day of Reconciliation when all are welcome to go regardless of creed. They have special speakers as well. Today the speaker was Rev. Ken Newell who once was the Moderator of the Presbyterian Church. There were over 500 people in the congregation.
A most interesting event.
